First, try these two actions:
If you still do not see your time records, read on....
NOTE: If you are using Windows Vista, please see: Windows Vista & Palm: Cannot get my time records to HotSync Time records are always transferred to the last time record database that you worked with, or to a database that you specify (for more on this, see Configuration Window -- Time Record Files Tab). If it ever seems that the transferred records disappeared (or never appeared), check the HotSync log (click the HotSync manager icon, and select View Log). That log will tell you exactly where the time records were transferred to. For example, it might look like this (color added for emphasis): Time Logger Conduit Version 4.03.10 11/20/06 13:59:27 Time Records Action: Sync Files. Descriptors Action: Sync Files In this case, you'll know to look in the file C:\Program Files\Timelog\sample.mdb for the transferred records. You may view a video on this topic at http://www.ResponsiveSoftware.com/videos.htm. Finally, if you still have trouble finding them: Check that your file hasn't become corrupted (for more on this, see http://www.ResponsiveSoftware.com/corruption.htm).
