    Start Time/End Time Panel

Quick Summary: Lets you change the start and end dates and times with the mouse

How to Get There: Records/Edit Selected Record and click the Panel button

This window (we call it a Panel because it sounds cool) is like a command center for changing start and end dates and times.

Click the start and end dates and times you want, then select OK.  Choosing Date Sync will set the end date equal to the start date.
