    Save Copy As

Top  Previous  Next

Quick Summary: Makes a copy of the current time record database.

How to Get There: File/Save Copy As

This command allows you to make a copy of the current database.  For example, you may wish to save an additional copy of the current database to the file "a:\archive.mdb."  To do this, select Save Copy As... from the File menu.

When you select this option, a Save As window will appear that will allow you to choose a new name for your Time record database.  After Time Logger finishes copying the database, it asks you if you want to open the copy, or keep working with the original.

Note that you can also copy a database using the explorer or from a DOS command window.
