Although the discussion above concerns the rounding of fees, the principles apply to other parts of Time Logger as well such as subtotaling and durations. For example, a one-minute time record has a duration of 0.0166666… hours. This rounds to .02 hours, and can be a cause for confusion. To avoid this problem, simply choose one of the "minute type" duration formats, such as "Hour, Minute (3 hr 13 min)." To select this, choose Tools/User Options/Duration Format. More: |
