How to Get There: File/Print/Report

The controls in this window may be different depending on your operating system and printer.

The following options allow you to select the destination printer and its connection.

Printer

Select the printer you want to use.  Choose the Default Printer; or choose the Specific Printer option and select one of the currently installed printers shown in the box.  You install printers and configure ports using the Windows Control Panel.

Properties

Displays a window from which you can make additional choices about printing.

Print Range

Choose this button to select what pages to print.

Copies

Select this to choose the number of copies of the report to print.
