How to Get There: Edit/Insert New Column

This window displays a list of columns that may be inserted into the time record list

Select the name of the column you wish to insert, and choose OK.  To insert a column and then immediately repeat the operation, choose the OK & Repeat button.  Only those columns that are not already in the time record list will appear in the list box of this window.

Note that as a shortcut, you may double click on the name of the column you wish to insert instead of choosing OK.
