NOTE: If you are currently using the FREE Trial version, all of your data is retained (none of it is deleted by the system) and it will be available to you after you have purchased and registered your copy of Responsive Time Logger.
How to Purchase
Please click here to visit our website and purchase your Single or Multi-User license packages online using your credit card. You will be emailed your registration information immediately after your credit card is processed and approved (see IMPORTANT note below), which will contain instructions on how to convert your trial version into the full-featured registered version.

Please click here to request a Customer Discount Code that we'll email to you. Then, return to our website, purchase a larger number of user licenses (with your credit card) and use your Customer Discount Code during checkout to receive credit for the cost of your current set of licenses. Thus, you pay only the difference. You will be emailed your registration information for the larger number of users immediately after your credit card is processed and approved (see IMPORTANT note below).
For example: If you own a 10 user license and need a 15 user license, your Customer Discount Code will be worth the cost of the 10 user license or $740. You purchase a 15 user license for $990, apply your Customer Discount Code during checkout and your total due is $250. (That's $990 - $740 = $250).

How to Register Your Copy (convert from the trial version or increase your number of users)
When you start Responsive Time Logger when using the FREE Trial version, you will see the FREE Trial (Demo) - Responsive Time Logger window which contains a field where you can enter your Registration Code that was emailed to you immediately after you purchased Responsive Time Logger at our website. You may need to stop and re-start Time Logger to see this window.
Once you start Time Logger and begin using your company's time records database with the next username above your license limit (ie: if you were licensed for 5 users, then the 6th user), Time Logger will display the Site License Discrepancy window where you enter your new Company Code and License Number that were emailed to you. Doing so will complete your registration for your new set of user licenses.
For example: If you had a 5 user license and you purchased a 10 user license, you can install Time Logger to the new (6th) user's work station, using Option #1 or Option #2, start Time Logger and open your company's time records database file. Then on the Site License Discrepancy window that pops up, enter your new Company Code and License Number to complete your registration for a 10 user license. Note that the 7th through 10th new user will not see the Site License Discrepancy window. The 11th user would, indicating that you need to purchase the next larger multi-user license package (see above).
