Quick Summary: Allows you to work with client data such as name, address, etc.

How to Get There: Edit/Edit Client Information

ClientList

The client information in this window will be used when preparing invoices.  You may edit any line in the window by double clicking on that line.  Here's a description of each button:

Close

This option closes the window.

Add

Choose this to displays the Client Data window and add a client to the list.

Edit

When you select this option, Time Logger displays the Client Data window and allows you to edit the existing client information.

Delete

Click this to delete the selected client.

Import

With this option you can import client data from other applications.  The data must be in a delimited text file, and the following fields must be present in order:

Client Name, Terms, Category, Contact, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State Zip, Comment

The delimiters must match those set in Tools/User Options/Other.

Export

With this option you can export client data to other applications.  The data will be exported to a delimited text file, with the following fields on each line:

Client Name, Terms, Category, Contact, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State Zip, Comment

The delimiters set in Tools/User Options/Other will be used.

Print

Choose this option to print the list of clients.
