How to Get There: Edit/Append New Column
This window displays a list of columns that may be appended onto the time record list.
Select the name of the column you wish to append, and choose OK. To append a column and then immediately repeat the operation, choose the OK & Repeat button. Only those columns that are not already in the time record list will appear in the list box of this window.
Note that as a shortcut, you may double click on the name of the column you wish to append.
