Here's a description of each of the controls in this window

Use this control to sort the records by Number, Client Name, or Date.

Use this to decide to display invoices only, payments only, or both.

To show only records for a particular client, select the client name in this box, or select <Show All Clients>.

Add Invoice

To display the Invoice window and add a new invoice, click this button.  See: Invoice Window.

Add Payment

To display the Payment window and add a new payment, click this button.See: Payment Window.

Click this button to modify the currently selected record.  See: Invoice Window or Payment Window.

When you click this, the currently selected records will be deleted.  Note that when an invoice is posted to Accounts Receivable, each time record that appears on that invoice is marked with the invoice number.  Therefore, when you delete an invoice, you will also want to set those records back to "Not Billed".  To do this, close the A/R window, set a filter so that only those records appear (for example, Invoice = 1234 end), and then choose Edit/Modify All Filtered Records and set "Billed" to "No".  You can view a video on this at

Select the Client and then click this button to display the Aging window, and view the aging report that shows the total invoices, payments and amount due (if any) for this client.

When you click this, the records displayed in the accounts receivable window will be printed.
